Who are we?
Our website is: https://www.spservices.nl
This site is maintained by S&P Netherlands Services BV, part of the Söderberg & Partners group. Söderberg & Partners is a Swedish company specialising in financial services and advice in the fields of pensions, insurance and investment. S&P currently has over 2,000 employees and operates in all Scandinavian countries and in the Netherlands. In the Netherlands, S&P cooperates with a growing number of partners. Who is this site for?
This site has two groups of users:
- employees of clients of S&P (including S&P partners)
- S&P’s own employees including partner organisations
The part of the site intended for S&P’s own employees and partners is protected and only accessible to registered and logged-in users. The part of the site not intended for S&P’s own employees and partners is used for informing clients, making and passing on choices, booking appointments and registering for events. This privacy statement is particularly intended for (employees of) S&P clients who register via this site for making and passing on choices, an appointment or event.
Appointment and event data
Appointments and events involve information or advice sessions with S&P consultants. To register and confirm your registration for these, we need your contact details. These are: your name, email address and telephone number. We also keep a record of the date and time we received your registration and of our messages to you. And, of course, the date, time, place and consultant of the appointment itself. No record is made on this site of the content of a session or any personal details that may come up during it. In the session with the advisor, you decide which data you do or do not want to share with the advisor.
In many cases, discussions or information sessions with consultants take place because your employer has entered into a contract with S&P or an S&P partner to this end. Part of the agreements with your employer is usually that we have to report how many interviews have been scheduled and actually conducted. The fact that you registered for an interview and conducted an interview can therefore be reported to your employer. Please note that we do not pass on any information about the content of an interview to your employer without your explicit consent.
Making and submitting choices
This involves submitting choices via a choice wizard. To register and confirm your choice, we need your contact details. These are: your name, date of birth, date of employment and e-mail address and, of course, the choice you have made. We also keep track of the date and time we received your choice and of our messages to you. Otherwise, no record is kept on this site.
In many cases, you make and submit your choice via this site because your employer has entered into a contract with S&P or an S&P partner to that end. Part of the agreements with your employer is usually that we have to pass on your choice.
Questioning of risk preferences/
This involves collecting information on, among other things, your attitude to risk. To register and analyse the information, we need background information, such as your age, and of course the other answers you give to the questions.
In some cases, we raffle a gift among the survey participants on behalf of the client. Then we need to register your email address. We only use this information to determine the winner of the gift and delete it after completion.
